VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteers are the people who make the International Printing Museum come to life for all of our visitors. People of all backgrounds — young and old, printers and non-printers, machinists and artists, presenters and behind-the-scenes helpers — are welcome here. We would love to have you join our team. There is a place for everyone!

We realize that potential volunteers have different interests, availability, skills, and needs, which is why we have different categories of volunteers:

Leather Apron Guild includes folks who volunteer regularly, usually including the first Saturday of the month. These volunteers keep the presses running, give tours, organize the warehouse, and perform the vast variety of tasks needed to keep the Museum going.

Special Assignment Volunteers includes those who have specialized skills like Graphics Design, Printing, Exhibit Prep, Educational Design, Videography, Photography, Social Media, and more.

Event Volunteers includes people who help with seasonal events, like our annual Printers Fair, bi-annual Krazy Krafts Days, monthly Scout Days, and school field trips.

Whether you can only give your time a few times a year or a few times a month, we would love to have you come and join us! We are grateful for all our volunteers do!
