Book Arts Patch Day Registration Instructions

In order to be registered for a Book Arts Patch Day, you’ll need to fill out the google form linked below. We offer several Book Arts Patch Days per year; on the form, only the Days that are still open can be selected (they tend to fill up quickly!)

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to be put on the waiting list for an earlier date, please mention that – and the date(s) – in the comment section.

Following your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours and given instructions for payment of the $50 registration fee that must be received within two days of the confirmation email to hold your spot. If you cannot make the payment online, please call or email us right away to make other arrangements.If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within a few days check your junk box, otherwise please give us a call.

Participants can only reschedule date once, if more rescheduling occur you may be subject to a fee.

Each Book Arts Patch Day is a full day on Saturday, from 9am to 3pm, filled with exciting things to do and learn!

  • Fill out the form linked below to register for one of our numerous Book Art Days.
  • Please be sure to enter only one name per submission.
  • Entering multiple names on a submission causes confusion and may invalidate the submission request.

TO REGISTER A GROUP please e-mail Sara@printmuseum.org with the date of participation, troop leader, troop number, and contact information for troop leader. You will need to provide all the participants names, ages, Parent Names, Parent E-mails, and Parent Contact Information. Participant addresses are optional, but encouraged.
