Patch Day Registration

In order to be registered for a Book Arts Patch Day for Girls, you will need to fill out the form below and click on the submit button. We offer several Patch Days each year; only the Patch Days that are still open can be selected (they will fill up quickly). Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Following your registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours and given instructions for payment of the registration fee that must be received within five days of your registration to hold your spot (if you cannot make payment through the PayPal link on our website that also accepts regular credit cards, please give us a call or e-mail to make arrangements).  Make sure to check your junk folder as our e-mail is sometimes redirected there.

Each Book Arts Patch Day is a full Saturday, from 9 am to 3 pm, filled with exciting things to do and learn. The preparation for the Book Arts Patch Day can be found at

TO REGISTER A GROUP please e-mail with the date of participation, troop leader, troop number, and contact information for troop leader. You will need to provide all the participants names, ages, Parent Names, Parent E-mails, and Parent Contact Information. Participant addresses are optional, but encouraged.

TO REGISTER FOR THE BOOK ARTS PATCH DAY, please fill out the information below. Please be sure to enter only one participant per submission.
Entering multiple names on a submission causes confusion and may invalidate the submission request. Those fields marked with an asterisk are required.
